Spa Etiquette
Walk-ins
are always welcome at Spa Helios, however appointments are recommended. The best
way to ensure that your favorite treatments, services, and staff are available
to you is to make your appointment at least one week in advance. Please arrive
at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow enough
time for an unrushed check-in, to slip into a robe and slippers, and to enjoy
the complimentary refreshments available to you in the Relaxation Room. You are
welcome and encouraged to use our locker facilities for a leisurely shower or
steam either prior to or following your services.
Change/Cancellation/No-show Policy:
Please know that the staff at Spa Helios are highly trained
professionals who are scheduled based upon the confirmed appointments you’ve
made. A valid credit card will be used to guarantee your appointment. Make sure
to allow yourself 24 hours when you find it necessary to change or cancel an
appointment to avoid a change or cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation up
to 2 hours prior to a confirmed appointment will be billed at 50% of treatment
cost. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice and No-shows will be billed
at 100% of treatment cost.
Rights and Responsibility:
You have both a right and a responsibility to fully communicate
whatever health concerns,
special needs, or expectations you may have about receiving your treatment or
service directly to the staff member providing it to you. In return, we pledge
to check in with you throughout your treatment or service to make sure you are
comfortable and getting exactly what you came for.
Pricing:
Spa Helios prints a separate price sheet to assure up-to-date
pricing for the services offered. However, prices are subject to change without
notice. We strive to maintain this website with the most up to date pricing. |
