Facials
 Facials at Spa Helios incorporate GlyMed Plus® Purely
Skin Care products, developed by a medical aesthetician with over 25 years of
clinical experience. The philosophy of this pharmaceutical grade line is to cleanse,
treat, balance, and protect with products specifically tailored to your skin
and its needs. Spa Helios Estheticians understand that the true balance and best
results will only be obtained by combining daily home care with clinical treatments.
We will be sure to incorporate the relaxing effects of a facial while providing
a treatment that produces the best results possible.
Anti-Aging Facial
This age management treatment is more than just a facial.
By incorporating the gentle acting alpha hydroxy acids with skin balancing ingredients,
your skin care technician will mix the relaxation of a facial with the benefits
of mildly active ingredients, resulting in a more refined, smooth texture.
Helios Hydration Facial
Don’t let our dry, desert climate get you down! This
treatment includes anti-oxidant rich ingredients, combined with a paraffin masque
to create an extremely hydrating and “plumping” facial that is perfect
for the dry Nevada climate. Replenish the skin’s natural moisture balance
and stimulate cellular renewal for more youthful looking skin.
Deep Pore Clarifying Facial
Deep pore cleansing and exfoliation thoroughly removes impurities
and clears the pores to leave the skin feeling soft, refreshed and well hydrated.
Reduce the appearance of pore size, smooth and soften skin, and hydrate at the
same time. Extra time spent on extractions.
Anti-Oxidant Facial

Gentlemen’s Facial
Specifically designed for a man’s special needs. This
facial soothes rough skin with an emphasis on careful exfoliation for those ingrown
hairs or razor bumps on the face and neck. Helps improve dehydrated and sun damaged
skin. All other Helios facials work wonderfully for men as well.
Mini Facial
This short, 30 minute facial is designed for those with limited
time and/or, for sensitive teenage skin. It will help you let go of the stresses
carried with you throughout the day while at the same time provide a soothing
treatment that exfoliates, hydrates, and refreshes the skin.

As we age, the accumulated effects of sun exposure, pollutants,
acne, and scarring can damage our skin and cause us to look older than we are.
Such skin damage can be treated with a chemical peel, a non-invasive procedure
designed to promote cell growth and produce smoother, clearer skin. They can
help reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles, and “crow’s feet” by
removing damaged outer layers of the skin. Because there are different chemicals
available for exfoliation, your individual needs will determine the type and
specific formula that is best for you.
AHA/BHA Chemical Peels
AHAs are the mildest peels and will correct minor problems
like rough or dry skin and sun damage. More than one treatment is usually recommended.
These peels can be performed on the face, neck, chest, arms, and hands.
Massage Therapy
 Our highly skilled, nationally certified therapists are trained
to perform traditional spa massage services that are intended to relax the body
and mind, as well as a variety of therapuetic services to address concerns from
pregnancy related discomfort to accident related injuries. Most services are
available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions, unless specifically noted.
Basic Swedish Massage
A traditional favorite from the land of the midnight sun.
A light to medium pressure massage that greatly improves circulation and promotes
relaxation. The skillful use of long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and brisk
circular movements facilitates highly desirable results. A wonderful option for
a first-time massage, or for those desiring peace and tranquility. 30 or 60 minute
sessions.
Swedish with Trigger Points
A great combination of traditional European and Asian modalities.
This popular treatment combines the soothing benefits of Swedish Massage with
the more intense therapeutic benefits of trigger point work to effectively release
tension by applying direct, focused pressure to specific points of the body.
Greatly increases range of motion and promotes relaxation while targeting acute
conditions. 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Helios Quick-Fix
Highly focused and therapeutic upper body massage. A Spa
Helios exclusive that incorporates a variety of modalities targeting those areas
of the upper body most prone to distress. This treatment is designed for hard-working
individuals who spend too much time cradling phones between their neck and shoulder,
stuck behind a desk, standing behind a counter, or sitting in front of a computer.
Personalized to suit individual needs, this treatment provides quick relief from
accumulated stress and muscular tension. 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Deep Tissue Massage
This is powerful work that is done on a much deeper level.
What most bodywork enthusiasts truly want—deep, concentrated work where
medium-to-heavy pressure is used to penetrate those areas of the body that most
retain stress and muscular tension. 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Sports Massage
Ensure peak performance – this massage is designed
for the serious athlete or weekend warrior to help prevent and treat injuries,
improve performance, and enhance enjoyment of one’s sport. A great addition
to any workout routine or after an athletic event. 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Hot River Rock Massage
This 75-minute massage is the ultimate in promoting relaxation.
It is uniquely designed to balance deep relaxation with the use of Swedish Massage
technique and heated stones. Your therapist will use heated stones and manual
manipulation with light to firm pressure, based on your preference to achieve
a relaxing, yet therapeutic massage.
Reflexology
Firm thumb and finger pressure is applied to specific points
on the hands or feet that correspond to internal organs of the body. Alleviate
stress, improve circulation, release toxins, and promotes an overall feeling
of well-being. This 30-minute massage can stand alone or can be added-on to any
of our other massages in 15 or 30-minute increments, depending on your needs.
Neck & Shoulder Massage
This 30-minute massage is focused soley on the neck and shoulders
to help alleviate stress and tension buildup.
Myo-Fascial Release
Release and realign the uneven tightness in injured or tight
fascia to restore strength, flexibility, and bloodflow to the red muscle fibers.
Stretch, release, and realign. 60 minutes.
Pre-Natal Massage
A natural, touch therapy aimed at alleviating muscle tension,
headaches, leg and back pain, and improve circulation. Our experienced therapists
use techniques that are safe and effective for pregnant women. Helps reduce swelling
in hands and lower legs, and stabilize hormone levels by lessening anxiety. Improves
elasticity to help reduce stretch marks.

This signature salt treatment is customized to provide relief
from a variety of ailments by using highly concentrated essential oils and therapeutic
topicals to minimize anything from migraine headaches to seasonal allergies.
Your therapist will work with you to determine the right combination of products
to achieve the desired results. 60 minute treatment.
M’Lis Detoxifying Body Wrap
Your professionally administered M’Lis Detoxifying
Body Wrap is formulated with pure and natural ingredients which gently and safely
rid the body of trapped wastes by helping to stimulate the body’s eliminatory
functions, increase circulation and lymphatic cleansing, and control edema. It
aids the circulatory and lymphatic systems of the body by stimulating the blood
and lymph flow in affected areas. This wrap does not cause dehydration or water
loss. Results vary per individual but average a loss of 4 – 14 inches in
each wrap. 90 minute treatment.
